It's about time.The University of Illinois' American Indian mascot, Chief Illiniwek, no longer will perform at athletic events on the school's main campus after WednesdayThe Chief is offensive, but the Cleveland Indians logo is just a straight up racial slur. And this isn't open to debate. How the hell is this still an accepted MLB franchise?

No kidding. I can't believe it's taken this long. We were debating "The Chief" when I was in school there in 1990! Insanity! And then there's Cleveland. Please!!!
